Using the eLuna App Version 3

This version supports Android and iOS

The eLuna app enables you to carry all the eLuna restaurant information and eLuna coupons in your pocket, wherever you go. Wherever you are in Israel, you will be able to find a restaurant and download a discount coupon.

Here are a few of the features that you will enjoy in Version 3.0.7

New November 2017: Payment by credit card. You no longer need a Paypal account to purchase coupon on the app. Just enter your card number and the expiration date. Payment is through Pelecard.

Version 3.0.7 has a drop down menu to help you navigate the app. It contains an easy to use mechanism for purchasing and storing your coupons. Click HELP in the he drop down menu for an explanation of these features.

Note that the eLuna app works best in areas with a strong internet connection. We recommend that you download your app coupons at home and not rely on the internet connection at the restaurant. Note that there is no need to print app coupons. Just show them at the restaurant.

App Registration

Even if you are a registered eLuna member you must register on the eLuna app. You can use the same user name and password for both the website and the app.


The App Drop Down Menu

Click the button at the top left of the screen to open the drop down menu.

The Drop Down Menu At the top of the menu find My Collection. This is a personal bin where you will store all of your coupons. See below for a full explanation. Find a restaurant by location, nearest you, by entering the name, by choosing the city or by viewing the eLuna best seller list and clicking over to one of the restaurants on this list. eLuna restaurants offer special deals. These coupons are accessible on the eLuna app. Have something to tell us? You can contact us directly through Contact Us on the app.

The heart of version 3.0 is My Collection. This is a personal bin where you will store all your coupons. Coupons can be purchased on the app, gifted, and received as gifts from other app users or from eLuna.com.

Your coupons remain in your My Collection bin for 30 days from the date received. You can use the coupons any number of times throughout that month. There is no need to print app coupons. Just show them at the restaurant.

Once a month eLuna gifts all the app users a discount coupon at a new restaurant. You must be running version 3.0 or higher to receive the free coupons. Look for these coupons on your phone in My Collection.

Add coupons to My Collection before you go to the restaurant from a location with strong fast internet, to be sure that you have the coupons that you need.

Purchasing Coupons on the Mobile App
Coupons on the eLuna mobile app cost 3 shekels each. Once you own a coupon you can gift it to a friend for 1 shekel. Payments are made through Paypal or using your credit card. Credit card purchases are directed through Pelecard, favored by the credit card companies for secure transactions.

Just before you pay for your coupon the system will prompt you to confirm the restaurant where you are purchasing the coupon. Be sure that the system is showing the restaurant that you intended. If not, back out and choose the restaurant that you want.

When you purchase a coupon our system will send an SMS notification to the restaurant. They should be expecting you.
