We welcome back our old friend Moshe Basson and his Eucalyptus Restaurant. Chef and restaurateur Basson has brought back his classic Israeli meat restaurant, now in the Artist Colony of Hutzot Hayotzer. The menu focuses on foods made with local ingredients. Many people call Moshe a Culinary Storyteller this is apparent in the food.
One of Moshe's favorite subjects is slow food. Those dishes that simmer for hours developing layers of flavor. But his calling card are the foods of Eretz Yisrael. His dishes focus on the herbs indigenous to this land, that have grown here for thousands of years. This, says Moshe, is the food of the Bible. Come taste the flavors of the Tanach at the new Eucalyptus restaurant.
