Holy Bagel is a great dairy restaurant, take-away and catering operation in Jerusalem. Owned and run by American olim Ari Dubin and Zeev Wernick, Holy Bagel is an aliya success story.
The restaurants:
Holy Bagel has two locations on Jaffa Road: 39 Jaffa and 220 Jaffa road. Here you can pick up bagels and take away, or you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. More on Holy Bagel restaurants to come....
Take-away:
Holy Bagel offers impressive looking fish, cheese and dessert platters, as we know them from the old country. Platters can serve parties of about 15 - 20 people. They range in price from about NIS 90 for vegetable platters to NIS 220 for fish and cheese platters. This is great for a small simcha or if you are just having a lot of company. Let Holy Bagel fuss with the platters so that you can spend your time with your guests.
Holy Bagel platters also make a great gift for the visiting Yeshiva student or the soldier who craves for the real thing. Holy Bagel will deliver in Jerusalem at no extra charge, and can prepare platters in several sizes. Lunch boxes are also available .
Catering: Holy Bagel is a Jerusalem outfit, but their reputation has extended well beyond the city limits. It is not unusual to find Holy Bagel catering in Bet Shemesh, Modiin, and even Raanana.
The basic Holy Bagel menu covers everything from the paper goods to the coffee, and includes cheeses, fish, and dessert platters, and bagels, of course. Holy Bagel does all of this for $6.90 per person. You can add hot stuff like soup, quiches, lasagna, and more. And just think how cool your simcha will be with an omelets stand or a pancake stand where a member of the Holy Bagel staff prepare these fresh for each of your guests!!
