Location |
Norman's Steak 'N Burger restaurant is located on the main drag of the German Colony. This is a great location, right in the center of the action. Don't
miss Norman's great website at normans.co.il. Here you can join the restaurant
V.I.P. Club and accumulate points toward free burgers. Modeled after a frequent
flyer club, this is a sort of "frequent fresser" club. You can
also order t-shirts and buy gift certificates. |

About us... |
Founded in 1978, Norman's is a Jerusalem landmark. Its informal atmosphere and reasonable prices make Norman's a good place to come alone, with a date or with the kids. |
|
Seating |
Norman's has indoor seating both on the entrance floor and upstairs. Sit upstairs for more intimate dining, far from the action on the main floor of the restaurant. In nice weather Norman's provides seating outside the restaurant. For more details see the Norman's website. |

Menu |
Burgers range in price from NIS 46 to NIS125 for the Sumoburger, which weighs in at a one kilo (2.2lb) and is the world's biggest kosher burger. Prices vary depending on the weight of the meat. Steaks start at NIS 65 and go up, depending on the cut. Most of the menu is Glatt. All the items are so indicated on the menu. For non-meat-eaters Norman's offers the Salmon Supreme for NIS 62, or the “Combo” a NIS 45 vegetarian dish that includes soup, baked potato and various salads. The business lunch is served from 12 - 4pm and is priced from NIS 44 for a 150 gram burger, to NIS 53 for the entrecote steak. The Business lunch also includes soup, salad and a drink. |

Customer comments |
Received from Sungem, July 18, 1999. I enjoyed eating at Normans due to their friendly and caring service. The food was great and priced very reasonably. Very worth it to make your next dinner stop in Jerusalem at Normans. Comment: I have a friend with two daughters doing Sheirut L'umi in Jerusalem. When I asked them for their favorite Jerusalem restaurant they both answered Norman's, immediately. Why? "They have the best food," they said. At first I figured that Norman's was big with the "under 20" crowd. Then another friend of mine told me that her well-established middle-aged brother and sister-in-law from Ramot Bet, love Nornam's and go there all the time. |
