Located on the ground floor of the Wolfson Tower, Belinda is an oasis of delicious baked goods and healthy gourmet food that you can enjoy for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
Free parking in the building is a huge plus being located in Rechavia. The Belinda’s staff speak English very well, and are warm and friendly.
Belinda refocused their menu with an emphasis on conscious healthy eating. They offer delicious Vegan, Gluten-Free, and low sodium dishes. Belinda accommodates the special dietary needs of elderly customers as well.
We started with the fresh Belinda soups of day. The Mushroom Barley soup is a hearty meal within itself and completely satisfying. The Gazpacho is full of flavor, rich and tangy. A perfect starter on a summer day.
Aside from the abundant options of appetizers, Salads, Toasts, Pizzas & Pastas, Belinda's has a specials menu.....
These are the main menu items that are truly special. The Dragon Bowl, where Asian-infusion meets French café. This brown rice and vegetables dish leaves every customer wanting more. The mixture of tofu, onions, carrots, peppers and bean sprouts, tossed in a soy and ginger sauce is not only tasty, but also nutritious. And if that is not enough protein, this is served with fresh techina sauce!
We tried the Sweet Potato & Chickpea vegan patties with Indian spices. A dish you won't find anywhere simply because it is a Belinda original recipe. Light and full of flavor and a dish I will definitely order again.
The Kasha Burgers and Salmon cakes are also an original recipe made fresh on the premises. The Salmon cakes were mixed with potato, creating a very unique taste. And the Kasha burgers had a special ingredient of pumpkin seeds, making this dish quite rich and at the same time leaving you wanting more and more.
We also tried the Mexican Tortilla wrap with black beans, fresh salsa avocado and lettuce. This tortilla can compete with any Mexican restaurant. The tortilla was warm, crunchy and satisfying.
Another Belinda special that is a must try is the sweet-potato and mozzarella quiche. This is know to be the crowd favorite without a doubt.
Not that after those delicious and filling dishes we had no room for dessert, but we couldn't resist the lemon blueberry tart its light and refreshing and manages to hit the spot.
