The Ruth Rimonim hotel is in a 400 year old preserved historic building. The sprawling stone structure, with its many levels and picturesque vantage points, was used by Moslems and then Christians over the many years. After the War of Independence the building was abandoned. Some years later it was purchased and converted into the Ruth Rimonim hotel. This hotel is among the best and most well-known places in the Galil. Each room in the historic wing is different from the next. The new modern additions to the hotel were built with the style of the original structure. This is a place to behold, whether you are enthralled by architect, history, or just beautiful spaces. Note that the hotel has recently added a spa facility with a full list of relaxing treatments.
The hotel restaurant is beautifully appointed, with large picture windows overlooking the foliage of the Galil. The restaurant offers a luscious meaty buffet dinner every weekday night. The restaurant welcomes both guests oft the hotel and guests from outside the hotel.
This is your
opportunity to get a "taste" of the Ruth Rimonim hotel. You will enjoy a delicious meal in a wonderful setting and get a feel for the unique structure of the hotel itself. The Ruth Rimonim restaurant is surely one of the best in Safed.
Note: The restaurant is open on Shabbat to guests of the hotel. Outside guests must prepay for Shabbat meals.
