The mission of BeerBazaar is to spread love and beer the Israeli way. BeerBazaar is the home of Israeli craft beer. They won't rest till everyone has a fresh, cold, delicious craft beer in their hands.
The original BeerBazaar is located in Machane Yehuda market, Jerusalem. This branch of BeerBazaar in the Jaffa flea market (Shuk HaPishpeshim) is the 6th branch. At BeerBazaar you will experience over 100 Israeli brands from breweries across Israel, from the Golan Heights down to the Negev desert. Delicious kosher food and an authentic market vibe with excellent service.
BeerBazaar is a unique place with an authentic atmosphere and an awesome staff. There are 12 specialty draft beers on tap, including seven house brews. On top of that there are 99 bottles of beer on the wall. The menu offers a variety of meat and vegetarian options.
By day BeerBazaar is a cozy, intimate beer garden. By night the bar spreads out into the market with tables and chairs on the sidewalk and street.
There is free beer tasting. BeerBazaar is a great venue for events.
The clever and fun BeerBazaar menu lists the large variety of drinks and foods available. The draft beer menu has a long list of beers on tap. Someone has a unique sense of humor with beers named "Fat Cat," "Bill The Bastard" and "Dark Matter" (for the physicists).
Exclusive to BeerBazaar is the Negev Craft Beer Triple Hops. This is Belgian style beer with a rich taste and aromatic hops. with three times the amount of malt found in a standard table beer. This beer has a higher alcohol content: 8%, where beer is usually 5%.
Also unique at BeerBazaar is the BBX OMG Edition. This is distilled beer whisky that you can have as a chaser, a shot or by the bottle. 50% alcohol You can dilute this down with water/ice to the strength that you prefer.
We know what we are drinking, but what are we eating?
At the top of menu find the high-end Hot Dog Challenge. This includes two juicy hot dogs, a pile of chips and a half liter of beer.
Just one juicy New York Beef hot dog served in a delicious bun with beer mustard and sour kraut, hold the beer, will set you back only 28 shekels.
The Slow Cooked Pulled Beef Bun includes melt-in-your-mouth slow cooked beef, served in a bun with the Bazaar beer sauce (what else?), lettuce, tomatoes, and a side of beer spiced fries.
Two people can enjoy this dish, that also includes two 1/2 liters of beer.
The evolved BeerBazaar menu has a very good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. These are all marked on the menu.
Humus is meatless by default. Optionally, for 20 shekels you can add meat to this dish.
Snacks, to balance out your beer, include beer-spiced fries, veggies & techina, edamame, nuts, nachos, soft pretzels and dips, and Just want something sweet with your bitters? Try the S'mores Pie with chocolate, cream and marshmallows. Yum.
Veggie options, marked accordingly on the menu, are the beer-spiced French fries made with BeerBazaar's secret recipe. Veggies in Humus works, as does edamame, a beer bar favorite for veggie and non-veggie diners.
Souvenirs: Take home the BeerBazaar flavors in a six pack of craft beer bottles or a six mix of BeerBazaar original beers. BeerBazaar also has merchandise, like branded hats, shirts and carrying cases of beer.
