Eretz Kedem restaurant and simcha hall is located on the Shfela - Yehuda Plains, at the edge of Britannia Park. The restaurant is perched atop a hill, where the view of the flatland is breathtaking.
Eretz Kedem, as its name suggests, is an important historical part of Israel.
Some of the nearby areas include the Luzit Caves, Madras Ruins and Beit Govrin Caves.
Eretz Kedem is a natural stop when you tour any of these sites.
The historic building that houses Eretz Kedem was recently renovated by owner Gershon Gamo and his children. Great effort was made to make sure that the architectural design fit into the surroundings. In the restaurant you will find an ancient mosaic floor, and outside you will find olive trees that have stood for more than one hundred years. There is much more to the grounds including a large tent that is perfect for outdoor events, a paved plaza, and a fresh herb garden that visitors are welcome to tour.
This area of Israel is known for its wine grapes, which have been cultivated in this area for centuries. There is a winery with tours and tastings on site.
The restaurant offers a fixed-price meat menu for nis 130 per person. It includes salads, home baked breads, fish, meat and hot side dishes.
Eretz Kerem is happy to host your smachot, meetings and other events. The restaurant can accommodate groups of up to 100 guests.
