Could they find a better location? The restaurant is located downtown, at the base of Shlomzion Hamaka Street, just across from Mamila, a short walk from kikar safra's (city hall's) train stop and from Jerusalem's landmark Midrachov.
The restaurant specializes in rotisserie chicken, grilled meats, burgers, and sandwiches. The menu is simple and to the point. Prices are reasonable and the food is plentiful.
The Rotisserie is at the heart of the restaurant. Here skewed whole chickens are cooked over an open fire. The juices drip down onto a pan of roasting root vegetables at the bottom of the oven, The onions, carrots, potatoes, Kohlrabi, etc with the delicious flavors of the roasting chicken. are served as a side dish with your main dish.
In addition to the chicken the menu offers regular or double sized burgers topped with a sunny side up egg, smoked goose breast, or mushrooms. There is also shnitzel and roast beef. But one of the specialties is surely the hot dogs, These are prepared using Marcus' secret ingredients, the hot dogs are seared on the outside and soft on the inside, served with sour kraut.
