Tipsy is a dairy cafe in the same building as Bardak Pizza Bar opposite the Inbal Hotel. The cafe offers yummy dairy and vegetable dishes throughout the day from breakfast till midnight. At night enjoy great alcoholic and teetotaler drinks. The motto of the Tipsy Café, is “Caffeinated Mornings, Tipsy Nights.”
You will find some American dishes at Tipsy Café. When was the last time you saw mozzarella sticks with a marinara sauce? Or cheesy waffle fries with jalapeno, drizzled with maple syrup?
Tipsy desserts are impressive with waffles with different toppings. We were also impressed by the shakes.
