Dinner for Two at Hono Sushi & Wok, Givat Shmuel

Who would have guessed that the most amazing sushi comes out of the small kitchen of an almost street restaurant, one of a string of eateries in a covered shopping center in Givat Shmuel.

Hono Sushi & Wok doesn't look like much, but you will discover that looks can be deceptive. It is certainly safe to say that Hono has some of the best sushi in Israel. In our long search I don't remember any better, at far fancier and more expensive restaurants.

We tried two of the restaurant's signature sushi dishes. The Crazy sushi is so called because it has just about everything on it. Not only was the sushi beautifully presented, it was strikingly delicious.The Samurai sushi comes with a crunch! Where did that come from?
