Here's
how this works:
You place a bid on an eLuna voucher that has a prescribed value. The voucher can be used toward dinner for two at that restaurant.
The winner pays only
the amount of the high bid + a 10 shekel service charge, and receives a voucher for the full value of the
auction.
Example:
An eLuna auction is run for
dinner for two valued
at NIS 300. The final bid is NIS 200. The bidder pays eLuna NIS 200 but
receives a value of NIS 300 at the restaurant. The auction winner simply
presents the winning eLuna voucher for NIS 300 at the restaurant, and orders
that value from the menu.
If the cost of the meal ordered exceeds the NIS 300, the client must pay the
difference. If the dinner is less than NIS 300 there is no refund.
Service is not included. Please remember to tip separately. |

1.

Entering
a bid obligates you to pay that amount, should you win, at the end of the
auction. |

2.
|
Payment
is by credit card in our secure form. It is best to use an Israeli credit card. We cannot refund US or other foreign credit cards. |

3.
|
Vouchers are made payable to the winner of the auction. Vouchers are not
transferable and cannot be exchanged. We refund payments only if the restaurant closes (see item 5). |
|
4.
|
Winners
agree to pay a NIS 10 processing fee. |
|
5.
|
Vouchers
are date stamped at the close of the auction and are valid for three weeks from that date. Should a restaurant close or lose its kashrut certification during those 3-weeks the purchaser will receive a refund of their payment from eLuna.com.
Restaurants are not obligated to honor vouchers after the expiration date, nor is eLuna responsible.

If
payment is not made within one week eLuna reserves the right to disqualify the
auction. |

7.
|
Auction winners will receive their vouchers immediately upon payment. If you do not receive your voucher within one hour after payment please contact eLuna.com. admin@eLuna.com |

8.
|
Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer. The 10% discount coupon cannot be used with the winning voucher. Use of the winning vouchers for restaurant specials is at the discretion of the restaurant. |
