This is a very dry fine red wine. It is best enhanced when opened two hours before served. The wine is full bodied and has a very bold taste - a rarity in Israeli wines and would be excellent with a main course. This cabernet reserve is the best full bodied Israeli red that I have tasted this year.

The body and label, black, sleek with red and gold etchings are as tastefully designed as the wine is tasty. This wine is aged for eighteen months in oak casks from America and France. I would advise purchasing this wine now, and allowing the aging process to continue in your home or cellar. I believe that this wine will only improve with time.
