This is another experiment that works!. Never mind that they are still ironing out the kinks. This is not soda. It is an effervescent wine!

The Golan, Moscato 2000 is a bubbly, light, fun drink that goes very well as an opener or as a delightful party-time wine. It is also perfect to compare to the heavy Chardonnay.

The wine tingles and has a surprising, refreshing kick. As it goes down, one may mistake it for champagne - but only for a second, there is more substance and less bubble. Drink this wine within a season, it will not store well. But now is as good a time as any to enjoy a fresh, tickle-your-fancy, new wine.
