The Fruit of the Vine

Vineyard: Baron Herzog Special Edition Warnecke Vineyard Chalk Hill
Wine:
Cabernet Sauvignon, 1997
Type:
Dry Red

Words cannot do justice to this absolutely excellent wine. It must be tasted and slowly savored to be believed.

Without a doubt this Herzog Special Edition is the best kosher wine since Herzog came out with their wine selection in 1994.

What make this Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon '97 so very superior to all other wines? It awakens and delights our senses.

First, there is the color of the wine. The color itself is perfect, a deep purple glistening with tints of red. Next, the aroma. The aroma of this wine fills a room like a bouquet of flowers. And then comes taste. The wine's aroma is translated into tastes that burst in the mouth, but do not overpower.

This wine is smooth and velvety. As you drink it a pleasant taste lingers on your tongue reminding you of just how good and pleasant the experience was.

If you own bottles of this wine, enjoy them for special occasions. If you don't own them, find them and then find a reason to celebrate. This is a special treat for every palate at any price.
